      📄 Admin Report 

      The Admin Report is a downloadable data report designed for non-coaching clients to monitor and share learner engagement and progress. It provides a snapshot of all currently enrolled learners with future end dates and highlights those who may need additional support to meet the client’s goals

      🎓 Coaching Report 

      The Coaching Report is a specialized version of the Admin Report tailored for coaching clients. It includes all core engagement metrics, with an added column that shows whether each learner has engaged with coaching (e.g., attended any coaching session, including a FTP, TTP, General meeting, or attended an OCH session)

      📘 Report Definitions

      📝 Instructions for CSMs

      • When to send: On day 30 after the client's launch date. 
      • Target Audience: Clients who launched 30 days ago and may need support identifying learners with low engagement.
      • Report for the CSM Team:
        Please use this report to identify clients who have launched within the last 30 days. Tasks will be created for CSMs as reminders to follow up (send admin/coaching report) with these recently launched clients.
      • What is the client receiving: The downloadable report will include only currently enrolled learners with a future end date and will track engagement and gains since their group membership start date.
      • Action by CSMs:
        Use or customize THIS email template saved under Admin Templates in HubSpot when sharing the downloadable report.

      🧾 Summary of what the client will receive

        1. Video on how to activate the EnGen account
        2. Video tutorial on how to select new content on the platform
        3. Link to the learner calendar/workshop schedule to encourage participation
      📈 Data summary including
        1. Client’s stated goals
        2. Licenses used vs. licenses purchased
        3. Downloadable report of learners who may need support

      🗒️ Additional Notes

      • The only difference between the two reports is the "Engaged with Coaching" column 
      • If we don’t want to include coaching details for a coaching client, the CSM can simply remove the "Engaged with Coaching" column before attaching the report to the email.
