📣 How to Report Coaching Services Updates to Clients

📝 Instructions for CSMs

  • While we typically report full coaching outcomes at the end of the license period, if a client reaches out requesting a mid-program update, please use the messaging provided in the template below. It reflects the appropriate level of detail we aim to share at this stage.

  • 🗂️ Coaching Services Progress Update for Clients - Template
  • Download and attach the 📌 Coaching Admin Report, which provides the client with an overview of the following:

    1. Learners who have engaged in coaching (i.e., completed a First Touchpoint session)

    2. Learners currently on track to reach a milestone (based on current progress and time remaining, these learners are pacing to complete 4 units and 16 hours by license end)

    3. Learners who have already achieved a milestone (16 hours of study or 4 units)

    4. Learners who have improved their English proficiency
