1. Coaching Services Deals
- When deals involving coaching services close, the CSM, Mackenzie, Kenia, Hashizume, and Adriana will get a HubSpot notification in the #client-onboarding channel
- CSMs: Please monitor the #client-onboarding channel regularly for these notifications.
Note # 1:
- The notifications in the channel should suffice as initial alerts.
- Mackenzie may follow up with questions and will reach out directly to the CSM and salesperson as needed.
2. Enrollment Services Deals
- When deals involving enrollment services close, Gady, the CSM, Mackenzie, and Kenia will get a HubSpot notification in the #client-onboarding channel
Note #2:
- Beyond the channel notification, Gady must be informed about any new HubSpot forms created that require adding to the pre-enrollment workflow. CSMs please connect with her as needed.
- Gady and the EAs may also request important client-specific information for clarity and planning.
- After the channel notification is posted and while configuring the client in STAK, please ensure you share with Mackenzie via slack the feature groups that will have coaching or enrollment services so she can initiate the relevant coaching workflows
4. Documentation
- The CSM must enter all relevant coaching and enrollment service details into the Coaching Accounts spreadsheet.
